Metal Die Stampings

• Progressive metal die stampings, custom stampings, including steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, vulcanized fibre, copaco paper and plastics. We have 16 presses from 27 tons to 176 tons. With over 78 years of experience in the business, Bahrs Die & Stamping can handle small and high volume metal die stamping production runs.

Tool and Die Makers

• Our engineers have over 60 years combined experience designing and building quality tools, dies and fixtures. For our valued customers, Bahrs Die & Stamping also repairs, sharpens and modifies existing dies to exact specifications. Bahrs has also initiated a Tool Transfer Program designed to facilitate the transfer of existing tooling from other companies to Bahrs. This program has been extremely well received. Stamped Parts Assembly

Many of the die stamped parts we produce require assembly to make them more useful for our customers. Assembly services can save you time, by having a single source, one P.O. to issue and parts ready for your production line. We have both in-house and off site services to accommodate various operations you may need.

Bahrs has put in place assembly services in anticipation of options that may be needed in order to provide you a quote that includes delivering you parts as complete as possible and providing the most cost-effective solution we can.

Any outside vendors go through a strict qualification process. This ensures that you will receive the parts to your spec and within your delivery requirements.
