For the benefit of our Die Stamping customers, Bahrs Die & Stamping offers expert solid die and die component building, design and manufacturing services for progressive dies used in various industries. Using state-of-the-art design software, our engineering and design team works with each client to manufacture accurate, high quality die components and tooling customized for each application.

Die Building

Our staff has experience in a wide range of industrial applications and has the expertise to build and design progressive dies, assist with selection of the best tool metal for the die and efficiently manufacture the die to meet the most exacting specifications. We offer testing and quality control services to validate the design and material selection of the die throughout the design process, saving development time and costs. Sample tooling can be tested to generate parts during die validation and tryout.

We are well equipped with the presses, machining centers and equipment integrated with the latest CAD/CAM software and equipment. Our design and engineering staff can create designs quickly, performing rigorous testing and validation prior to production, including modeling, prototyping and die tryouts. Our In-house CNC machining and finishing capabilities allow us to control the quality and delivery.

Each die component is tested to be production-ready and to exact specifications, on time and on budget. Bahrs has built a reputation for manufacturing the highest quality parts, supported by superior customer service. We can also repair, sharpen and modify your existing dies** to your specification. Our engineers have over 60 years combined experience designing and building, quality tools, die and fixtures.

**Our Tool Transfer Program is available! Much of our work comes from the transfer of existing dies due to in-house downsizing or the need for better die stamping services.
